In general, I'm not a fan of Valentine's Day. It's kinda dumb. But I'm a total romantic, so any chance to have a nice date night is ok with me. This year we went to see The Vow at the fancy dine-in movie theatre. I asked Bean for some 'fancy' chocolates and this is what he showed up with:
They are absolutely gorgeous! Lots of different flavors. Since it was the last day of the cleanse I wrote about I wanted chocolate and champagne to celebrate. Of course he went above and beyond and got a flower also.
So we had a quick snack, got changed, and headed to the movies. I would have been fine if we skipped the movie and just kept talking because we had a good conversation before we went inside. The movie was not very good at all, I'd probably only rent it from RedBox if I could go back.
I'm not feeling very inspired to write about this, so I'll just stop here. It was an average day.
