Why I am psyched about 2010

How about I make a list of the reasons 2010 will be excellent:
1. I will have a new assistant manager within the next week, and it's someone I chose.
2. I will be able to finish Christmas shopping and mail off my family's presents.
3. I'm going to bake cookies for my customers based off whatever 'holiday' is that month.
4. We are going to hike to Macchu Picchu. !!!!!
5. We will get to try freeze-dried camp food when I plan a 'training hike'.
6. Speaking of training hikes, I will be training for a much bigger event, which equals lots of exercise, which equals me having a hobby not involving the TV.
7. I will be doing the Breast Cancer 3 Day again. !!!!! Only 5 years after I did it the first time.
8. I should repeat numbers 4 and 7 because they are the BEST things about 2010.
9. We get to be in a bridal party for two of our favorite friends.
10. We are going to take a weekend trip to a cabin in Oklahoma where they have hot tubs inside.
11. I plan to do Pilates any chance I get because it's fun.
12. I also plan to make as many cards on my Cricut as I can. I have some big plans for those.
13. The National Sales Meeting is actually out of town this year, so it will feel like a real trip.
14. With all of the changes at the store, I think I can hit the goals I set for myself last year, and it's going to feel SO good.
15. Girls Weekend will be awesome this year, if I have anything to say about it.

I love any New Year- it's like a fresh start, and I always dream BIG.
This year I'm trying to keep it realistic. I'd like to add that I'm going to take a ballet class, or a cake decorating class, or join a scrapbooking club, or actually DO my scrapbook for my bachelorette party, bridal showers, and wedding. But I won't, because they probably won't happen. But I would like to add that my actual "RESOLUTION" is to be better at birthdays. So if I don't know when your birthday is, leave me a comment and I will send you a handmade card. Because it's important to me.
