Pioneer Woman's Linguine with Clam Sauce

Bean and I made this on a Friday night because we needed a night in to just eat fattening food. This did it for us!

I've never used canned clams but I really didn't even know they were there. The sauce was just so good.
We put it in this big bowl because it's more fun. I think we are still on the search for those few recipes that will carry us through when we start a family. Recipes that are fairly easy and make great leftovers. This was delicious for just the two of us, but tasted better the day we made it than a couple of days later. Not bad though. If you haven't seen Pioneer Woman's cookbook, go buy it. I read it like a book when I first got it, and have liked most every recipe I've tried.
