Remember the polenta story? How I tried to grill it in college and Bean thought it was nasty? I may have changed his mind with this one.
There are the hunks of polenta, all grilled up. And mushroom ragout is something where you cook mushrooms (LOTs of them) down with tomatoes and vegetable stock. It wasn't my favorite, but I knew we were being healthy by eating 'wild' mushrooms. Here's the final product:

Shiitake mushrooms "protect the body from cancer, decrease fat and cholesterol in the blood and flush the body of stagnating toxins". And there's nothing about portobello mushrooms or white button mushrooms. So maybe they aren't that great. But they are a fungus!
